House Rules – Bolstein Apartments
These house rules apply to all apartments operated by Bolstein Apartments in 53881 Euskirchen-Kirchheim. They are intended to ensure a pleasant, quiet, and smooth stay for all guests. By booking and using the accommodation, you agree to these house rules.
General information
- Our apartments are quietly managed short-term accommodations.
- Respectful and considerate behaviour towards other residents is required.
- Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in and check-out take place at the times communicated in advance.
- At check-out, the apartment must be left in a tidy condition.
- Please dispose of your rubbish, close all windows and doors, and switch off electrical appliances.
Quiet hours and behaviour
- Please observe the statutory quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm.
- Loud behaviour, music, or disturbing noise must be avoided.
- Parties or events are not permitted.
Smoking, pets, and overnight guests
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
- In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge for special cleaning.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Overnight guests are only permitted within the number of guests booked.
Damage and liability
- Please report any damage or defects immediately.
- Guests are liable for damages caused within the scope of legal regulations.
Violations of the house rules
In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
